  3. We will demonstrate the feasibility of direct investment in Electric Energy with 3 consolidated and complementary sources, with thermal energy being necessary for the project due to the suppression of vegetation.

GENERATION MODEL

In the model of the sources presented, we will have a redundancy in the generation of electrical energy and can have the commercialization of surpluses in the form of Distributed Generation GD law 14,300 of 2022, this modality also allows agricultural, industrial, commercial, health and residential production units to be connected to the SIN(National Interconnected System) thus always connected to Brazil’s electrical system, every time we have an increase in load a new SPE(Specific Participation Society) will be made, according to the model presented below, with this the investments will be made in measure of demand.

Model for Distributed Generation Assets

The supply will be carried out by a 1st line supplier, through an EPC contract, in which the supplier is responsible for implementing the asset, at a fixed price and for a specific period.

The operation of the Asset will be carried out exclusively by the supplier, in accordance with an O&M contract, with parts guarantee, preventive and corrective maintenance, in addition to the guarantee of minimum operational availability. The O&M contract has a pre-established price
