Industrial Technology Park

We will install our companies in Pilão Arcado Bahía in the São Francisco River valley near the headwaters of Lake Sobradinho starting in 2024, developing the Golden Agro Irrigated perimeter on the Jatoba I farm. Attached to them on the city of Pilão Arcado we plan the creation of an IDEASTECH Industrial Technological Park in accordance with the laws and regulatory decrees that will focus on the development of an entrepreneurial ecosystem, installing industrialization in the value chains with Agrotech, Greentech, Healthtech, sustainable mobility, clean energy, green hydrogen, Bio Diesel and Ethanol and final disposal of waste with Cleantech processes with ESG management linked to the sustainable development commitments of the 2030 agenda climate agreement.

Our investment group made up of companies from the GoldCarbon 0 ecosystem that work in Agrotech, Cleantech, Greentech, Fintech, Healthtech, Biotech, Iot Domotica will create a sustainable management system that seeks to add value and technology in an AgroIndustrial Smart city.

The IDEASTECH Park will have the industrialization of the value chains of the Golden Agro irrigated perimeter in all the areas of action of the ecosystem: Biotech, AgroTech Biofertilizers, Biogas, Biodiesel, Ethanol, Sustainable Mobility, Renewable Energies, home automation and IOT electronics, Blockchain technology and Fintech, industrialization of fruits, seeds and grains in an IdeasTech Agroindustrial Park within a Smart City with Sustainable Housing and agricultural industrialization to the value chains of companies in a circular and collaborative economy that improve their negative externalities of their carbon footprint with profitability of their investments and concrete actions to recover natural capital while respecting mother earth and transforming the lives of communities planning productive processes that generate employment, permanent training and income consolidating decarbonization and generating carbon and methane accreditation

We are going to industrialize the raw materials to be supplied and those produced in the Golden Agro irrigated perimeter of Pilão Arcado and include industries in the technological and industrial park manufacturing components, products and services that place applied technology in value chains that impact efficiency and savings making its zero carbon practices profitable and sustainable over time.

We will develop startup incubation and acceleration areas in the entrepreneurial ecosystem of Bahia in Salvador, Juazeiro, Pilão Arcado and in the Port region expression of interest contests for SMEs, small rural producers and micro-entrepreneurs to be developed together through the Fund of Investment in Startup`s and an educational program for the permanent training of the teams of workers and professional technicians that will participate in the associated investment companies that will be installed as users of the Golden Agro irrigated perimeter and of the IDEAsTECH Technological and Industrial Park.

The construction of industrial areas will be planned for the creation of value chains in the sectors of Horticulture, sheep and goat animal protein culture, Renewable Energies, Bioenergy, Biotechnology, final disposal of waste, energy on water and hydrogen sources, vehicles and components of electric vehicles, Technological convergence in Telecommunications, Blockchain, tokenization of real economy assets, IOT home automation with efficiency and energy savings, sustainable modular homes, Fintech, Agrotech e-commerce software, agricultural and industrial software and accounting processes, Irrigation, Biofertilizers, Bioethanol and Biofuels, reverse waste logistics and manufacturing of machines for the final disposal of waste, data-center with tokenization of digital assets in blockchain; investment fund management programs for the incubation and acceleration of technologies applied to chains of value of the real economy linked to agribusiness and generation of accreditation of environmental assets (carbon credits, methane, plastic, cbio)
